Paraglide is a foot launched, aerofoil canopy which flies with the energy of wind, gravity and the pilot's power to steer. It descends due to gravity and ascends due to air pressure. With the help of air pressure, the pilot decides when and where to fly, soar, dive and eventually land in safely. Adventure seekers look to fly wherever they can and in Nepal you have breathtaking take-off to landing height differences of 700 metres or more. Flight is dependent on weather sports and the flying season in Nepal commences from November through February, the best months being November and December.
